We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Collaborate with other staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations - Assist with training and development of new employees - Handle confidential information with discretion Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Experience in supervising and training staff members We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
